Positive: الاطلالة فقط Negative: الانتظار طويل على المصعد، والجيران يضنون انفسهم داخل اوروبا ، هم يقيمون داخل دول عربية ، سيأيين جدا

Customer service and communication need a lot of improvement. Negative: Lack of communication on how we could access the building including basement parking. We were not given the building’s access card until the last day of our stay which caused a lot of uncomfortable experiences. 24 hour access is not available and customer service was poor.
