Low quality accommodation & customer care , good location Positive: + we appreciated that we could check in ahead of the checkin time - without the fee of 100 AED / hour Negative: - cleanliness very poor - very dusty overall and just not cleaned properly - not in the kitchen , bathrooms or any of the rooms … - the Apartment had a poignant smell - in every room and in every cupboard - as if it was a place where people smoke & drink - the bathrooms had no soap , no shampoo … nothing except dish washing soap - no dishwasher present - albeit advertised - living room sofa very stained and dusty - no carpets whatsoever in any of the rooms - gives one the feeling of living in a hallway … - WiFi intermittent - no parking available at all

Bare Bones but Clean and Well Located Positive: Very comfortable bed and pillows in a seemingly new complex across the street from the beach and a number of restaurants. Negative: It looks like this place hasn’t been rented much. There were no hangars in the closet and when I asked for some, nobody ever got back to me about my request. There were no towels in the kitchen to dry dishes - neither cloth nor paper. Exterior windows were very dirty and the nice balcony had no furniture for sitting outside.

Positive: Excellent location to abrahamic family house and Mamsha. Clean, neat, good security in building. Negative: Everything was fine, could be a few more little touches.
