Very pleasant Positive: The staff at this location were very helpful (assisting us with a lot of luggage) and the booking team were excellent. An alarm had to be replaced shortly after we checked in and they actioned this immediately. Belle in particular was super responsive and solution driven, often messaging on her weekend or out of office hours to make sure we were ok. Huge thanks to her. The apartment is in a good location and has nice views of a mangrove lagoon. Nice walk to Reem Park and just across the road from a small mall which has a waitrose.
